Wednesday's are a Godsent. It's the day all four go to Doggie DayCare for the day. Ahhhhh.
It's wonderful because they love it, and get so excited for the entire 10 minute drive there. The DayCare is owned and operated by their vet - so if they need a booster shot, etc. - it's a one stop shop.
The best part is that they're so completely worn out that by the time they come home all they want to do is eat and sleep. It's a welcomed break for us. We are finally provided the opportunity to watch an entire movie without dogs all over us, pining for our attention. We have quickly found it's those small things in life that recharge your batteries and keep you going until the weekend. Mind you, this does not mean you can open a chip bag - as they will suddenly come back to life:)
Have a great night
So, I have no idea what to say in these things. Your post is wonderful about Wednesday's. Your Wednesday's are an everyday event for me. I have 4 kids, and honestly they act in some ways the same way as your dogs. I love my kids to death, but I have never seen 4 little ones scarf down as much food as mine do. I even try to be quiet and open something special for me, and they all come running want some too. Throughout this class I hope to get to know you more.
ReplyDeleteBoy can I relate to the previous post! I only have two children, and sometimes I cannot believe there are only 2 of them. I hide my sodas and chip bags, like an addict! I think it's worse with dogs, though. They can't talk, so you just feel so bad for them and their sad little eyes. With kids, they just aggravate you to the point that you don't feel bad by telling them no!
